Please include your ECCIE, TER, and/or P411 ID, two provider references, the city where you would like to meet me, and the dates and times you would like to meet. For first time meetings I require you send a copy of your ID.

Please include your verification information and requested appointment information in your initial email to me. For all new clients I screen for our compatibility, as well as my comfort. I will contact you back ASAP. If I cannot verify you, I cannot see you. This is as much for your safety as it is for mine.
